Changes to the text will not be possible once production has started, and the customer will be charged the full price of the order or an additional fee at the website’s discretion for the requested modification.

Eligibility to Make Purchases on the Website:

All prices on the website are listed alongside the products and are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS). Prices include VAT where applicable by law but do not include shipping fees, which will be shown separately on the website or communicated otherwise to the customer.

We make every effort to ensure that all products listed for purchase on the website are available for production and delivery within the stated timeframes. However, if a product you ordered cannot be supplied within these timeframes, we will contact you within a reasonable time and offer you the option to cancel the order or receive alternative products at the same price if deemed appropriate. If you do not make a choice, we will cancel the order and request a refund from your credit provider. You will have no claims or demands against us in such cases, except for the aforementioned refund.

Your order is subject to our approval, and we reserve the right to cancel it for any reason we deem appropriate.

The final billing time and method by the credit service provider are subject to your agreement with them. We will request the credit provider to credit our account with the purchase amount immediately.

Payment will be made using the credit service provider entered in the order, provided they are integrated with the website.

If the credit service provider does not approve the charge immediately, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If you fail to complete the purchase on the website, you are welcome to contact our customer service center. However, please note that the product is not reserved for you until the purchase is completed unless you receive other explicit, written confirmation from us.
