Any use of the Website constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions, including the terms and restrictions contained herein.

The terms and conditions may change from time to time, and users should review the terms each time they access the Website. Browsing the Website and/or using it in any way is considered acceptance of the terms and a commitment to act in accordance with them. It is clarified that these terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and the Website Management.

The use of the masculine form in these terms is for convenience only, and the terms refer equally to both genders.

By ordering services on the Website, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement. These terms constitute a binding contract between the user and the Website Management.

Services on the Website:

• The Website allows online purchases of tactical gear, consulting services, weaponry development services, and more, based on products and services available from time to time.
•  The images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only, and there may be changes in colors and product sizes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• All purchases on the Website will be made in accordance with the terms and subject to the approval of the Website Management.
• Services can be ordered by contacting the Website Management according to availability and geographic location.
• Payment for products purchased via the Website is made through a credit card and is subject to approval by the Website Management.
• The price of services includes VAT, subject to tax laws for “Limited Liability Companies.”
• The Website Management reserves the right to discontinue its services at any time.
• Orders will only be possible for individuals who have an active bank account and/or a valid Israeli credit card and an email address provided during the purchase process.

Conditions for Purchase:

• All users of the Website must be over the age of 18 and have legal capacity to make purchases.
• A minor performing actions on the Website will be considered a minor who has received permission from their parents/guardians to make purchases on the Website.
• Users of the Website are required to provide accurate and complete details, including payment method and delivery address.
• Users must ensure that the products ordered are suitable for their personal needs and relevant requirements. The Website Management is not responsible for the suitability of products for specific needs.
• Using the Website requires registration and providing personal details. Providing any information is done with the user’s consent and voluntary decision only. Users are not obligated to provide information, but according to the Firearms Law, 1949 (hereinafter: “the Law”) and the guidelines of the Firearms Licensing Division of the Ministry of Public Security, which change from time to time (hereinafter: “the Guidelines”), products and services cannot be purchased without first providing all the required information and forms according to the Law and Guidelines.
• Any behavior by the company and/or its representatives that is contrary to the terms of this agreement will be considered an exception and not a waiver of the terms.

Cancellations and Changes to Services:

• Cancellation policy and returns of products are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
• In addition to purchasing products, the Website allows ordering other services, subject to terms and availability agreed upon with the Website Management.
• Cancellation of an order can be done within 24 hours from the time the order was placed by contacting us via email, WhatsApp, or phone, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
• In the case of a cancellation not due to a product defect or non-conformance to the provided descriptions, a cancellation fee may apply, up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
• Products customized specifically for the customer’s request (e.g., engraving, custom colors, or sizes) cannot be returned.
• Any service provided through the Website (other than purchases via the online store) is subject to separate agreements with the customer.
• The Company reserves the right to stop providing services at any time.
• In case of service cancellations, the customer will be charged for the service as per the terms of this agreement.
• No refunds are provided for services already performed.
• The Website has the right to cancel the supply of an order to a user with at least a two-hour notice. In such cases, the user will have no claims against the Website.
• A notice of cancellation or termination from the Company will be provided to the user, and the Company will avoid charging the user’s credit card or refund any amounts paid for the products, as applicable.

Shipping Policy:

• Shipping will be done according to the information provided during the order.
• Delivery time for ordered products is up to 10 business days, unless otherwise specified. Shipping will only be done within the State of Israel.
• All shipping costs will be determined according to the terms listed on the payment page.
• Delivery times do not include holidays, Saturdays, or unexpected events such as strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, or wars.
• Two types of shipping are available: Pickup from the business location and/or home delivery. Pickup from the business location must be coordinated in advance.
• Shipping costs are as specified on the payment page.

Responsibility and Service:

• Products on the Website are offered for sale “as is” without a guarantee of full compatibility for specific needs.
• The Company is responsible for repairing products for 30 days from the date of purchase, in case of defects in workmanship or materials.
• Services will be provided according to the service packages offered by the Website Management at the start of the service.
• The duration of the service will be based on the time scheduled in advance.
• The Website Management is not responsible for physical, financial, or any other damages resulting from the service or use of the products.
• The Website Management disclaims any responsibility for incorrect use of the contents on the site.

Security and Privacy:

• The Website Management is committed to protecting the privacy of users and will not disclose personal information except for the purpose of maintaining communication.
• The Website is secured with advanced security measures to protect personal information.
• The Company will not use personal information for marketing purposes or transfer it to third parties without the user’s consent.
