How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our website by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process. For bulk or special requests, feel free to contact our sales team directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For institutional or government orders, we also offer purchase order (PO) options—just reach out to our team.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, at this time we only ship within our local region. We are working toward expanding our shipping capabilities in the future.
What’s your return and refund policy?
Customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the product or confirmation email, whichever is later. Seniors, new immigrants, and individuals with disabilities are entitled to a cancellation period of up to 4 months, in accordance with Israeli consumer protection law. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 days. If the customer chooses store credit instead of a refund, no cancellation fees will be charged. In the case of a defective product or an error in the order, the return is fully covered by the company. For promotional purchases, partial returns will be refunded based on the actual discount applied. Please note that used, opened, or damaged items cannot be returned.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after shipping, but to remote or hard-to-reach locations, delivery may take up to 5 business days.

How do I create an account on your website?
To create an account, click on the “sign up” button located at the top right corner of our homepage. fill in the required information, including your name, email address, and a secure password. once submitted, youll receive a confirmation email to verify your account
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click on the “forgot password?” link on the login page. enter your registered email address, and we will send you instructions to reset your password
How can I update my account information?
Log in to your account and navigate to the “account settings” section. here, you can update personal information, shipping address and payment methods. dont forget to save your changes
What payment methods do you accept online?
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, ApplePay, GooglePay) and other secure payment options
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
If you need to cancel or modify your order please contact our customer support within an hour of placing your order. once an order is processed there is no guarantee we can modify your order
Do you offer shipping to my location?
We offer shipping to various places in Israel. Please check our shipping policy on the website or enter your address at checkout to see if we deliver to your area

Can I buy a gun
Yes of course, if you have a license
Does it come with bullets?
You need a separate license for bullets that comes with the initial gun license, this is something we take care of
Do you have a shooting range?
We are working on it. hopefully soon
Do I need an appointment to come to the store?
No you don’t need an appointment to come to the store though it is preferred to call so we can answer any questions beforehand
What items can be delivered and which can’t?
everything can be delivered except for guns, ammunition and magazines. for those items you will need to come physically to the store to purchase them showing your gun license
I bought a new gun and I showed the correct paperwork to the firearms division. When will there be an answer?
he moment you send the paperwork it will take 1-5 business days and it isn’t in our control
Can I sell my gun at your shop?
Yes that is a possibility
How long does it take to appraise my gun?
Most likely on the same day
How are gun purchase payments made?
Cash, Checks, and Visa. If the visa allows multiple payments he can choose to do so
Can I pay with card in the shop?
Yes, you can. although we dont accept Diners
Can I store my gun at your shop because im leaving israel?
Yes we accept long term and short term storage of your guns With payments accordingly
What type of guns are you selling?
Glock, CZ, sig sauer, springfield ramon, emtan smith & wesson and others
Can you provide me with firearm storage solutions?
Yes, we provide a range of storage options, including safes and lockboxes
Do you offer gunsmithing services?
Yes we have an on-site gunsmith for repairs, modifications and maintenance
Do you have a policy on handling firearms in-store?
yes all firearms must be treated as if they are loaded. please follow the instructions of our staff at all times
Can I trade in my firearm?
yes we offer trade-in options please bring the firearm and any relevant documentation
What should I do if I have a question not listed here?

Can I order specific firearms or accessories that you don't have in stock?
It depends on what, we will check the options.
