How do I place an order?

 You can easily place an order through our website by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process. For bulk or special requests, feel free to contact our sales team directly.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For institutional or government orders, we also offer purchase order (PO) options—just reach out to our team.

No, at this time we only ship within our local region. We are working toward expanding our shipping capabilities in the future.

Customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the product or confirmation email, whichever is later. Seniors, new immigrants, and individuals with disabilities are entitled to a cancellation period of up to 4 months, in accordance with Israeli consumer protection law. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 days. If the customer chooses store credit instead of a refund, no cancellation fees will be charged. In the case of a defective product or an error in the order, the return is fully covered by the company. For promotional purchases, partial returns will be refunded based on the actual discount applied. Please note that used, opened, or damaged items cannot be returned.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after shipping, but to remote or hard-to-reach locations, delivery may take up to 5 business days.

How do I create an account on your website?

To create an account, click on the “sign up” button located at the top right corner of our homepage. fill in the required information, including your name, email address, and a secure password. once submitted, youll receive a confirmation email to verify your account

If you forget your password, click on the “forgot password?” link on the login page. enter your registered email address, and we will send you instructions to reset your password

Log in to your account and navigate to the “account settings” section. here, you can update personal information, shipping address and payment methods. dont forget to save your changes

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, ApplePay, GooglePay) and other secure payment options

If you need to cancel or modify your order please contact our customer support within an hour of placing your order. once an order is processed there is no guarantee we can modify your order

We offer shipping to various places in Israel. Please check our shipping policy on the website or enter your address at checkout to see if we deliver to your area

You need a separate license for bullets that comes with the initial gun license, this is something we take care of

No you don’t need an appointment to come to the store though it is preferred to call so we can answer any questions beforehand

everything can be delivered except for guns, ammunition and magazines. for those items you will need to come physically to the store to purchase them showing your gun license
